Family Night At The Baseball Game

Mark has a friend from High School that is playing major league baseball and he was in town last week playing the San Francisco Giants. Mark told him we were in town and he gave us 4 great tickets to go and see him play!! The kids just absolutely loved it and of course Mark was in heaven. We love to get out and do things like this as a family. The kids were great and we even got on the big screen as a fam.

Mother Goose

Brooks is the luckiest man alive. He has three awsome girls looking after him. I was getting ready the other day and came out to see Annabelle reading him a story. She is so sweet to think of him. She also loves to run in when he's crying and talk to him to see him smile. She doesn't like to hear him cry, and both her and Abbi do all they can to help me out.

Brooks' First Meal

Brooks had his first solid foods this week. Abbi and Annabelle were so excited to help him eat "real food". I think Brooks liked it just as much. With the other kids they had to get used to the eating with a spoon, but there are some things that just come naturally to boys. He loved to stick his fingers in his mouth and get all sorts of dirty. The funny thing is that Abbi wouldn't have it. She would wipe off his hands and mouth before I could get a great messy picture. She's a wonderful help!

Rockin' Hubby

While I was in Idaho Mark found the new Third Eye Blind song tabs on the internet and perfected it. It was a great surprise to come home to a new song. There is something so soothing about Mark playing the guitar. That is how he proposed and it brings back sweet college memories. I am so in love...

World's Happiest Baby

Brooks is the easiest baby! I love to see him grow everyday, and I swear he grows daily! I thank God for such wonderful children, I am so blessed! ! !

Beautiful Bell

Park Time Fun

Annabelle loves to drive the fire truck. The fire station is right next to the park and they see at least one truck leave with their lights on and sirens blaring.

Abbi loves to play house. She actually loves to take pictures and wanted to pose everywhere to have her photo taken.

Both the girls love to go in this yellow seat that spins really fast. They get themselves going so fast and then lay their heads back and watch the sky spin around them. It scares the heck out of me, but it is a great thrill to them.

Sand Castles & Sea Weed

The Girls loved having others to play with! Abbi is so funny with her organization. She loved to go along the shore and collect all the sea weed and put it into a pile. When the surf carried it out to sea she wasn't so happy, but we turned it into a fun game. It really helped to keep the kids occupied. The girls were utterly exhausted by the end and fell asleep the minute we started the car.

Surfs Up!

Mark & Brian decided to go surfing this weekend. Liz and I tagged along with the kids to play in the sand and enjoy the sun. It was a beautiful day, and turned out wonderful!

Sweet Innocence

Brooks is so wonderful. He is such a joy to have around and we love having him in our lives. He is so quick to smile, and very low maintenance. Wherever we go you see him in my moby wrap. He loves it! I'm so glad he likes to snuggle me as much as I like to snuggle him.

Kids say the funniest things...

Here are just a few of our everyday laughs from the kiddies.

We were driving back from the doctor and there was a kid walking down the street with baggy pants. Abbi said, "Mom, why does that kid have his dad's pants on?"

With Mark gone I've been showering with all the kids. I was holding Brooks and the girls were playing with cups and cars. I looked down and both girls were filling up their cups with the water running down my arms and off my elbows. Abbi asked "Mom where is the hole in your elbow? I want a hole so water will come out of my elbow."

Annabelle and Mark were playing around and out of the blue Annabelle turns to Mark and says, "Dad you're a GENIUS!" That definitely took Mark by surprise.

Annabelle is known for her great ability to be up at all hours of the night. The other night Mark and I woke up to Annabelle singing (very loudly) The Spirit of God at 3am. It is her favorite song to hear before bed of late, and has begun to sing it at the park and everywhere she goes.

I was cutting an onion for dinner and Abbi was helping me. I started to cry and she asked what was wrong. I told her that the onion was making me cry, and she said " Oh man, I thought it was cuz you loved me". Of course I told her that I do love her. Our kids are so sweet. They make living life an adventure.

My Buddy

There is nothing sweeter than having a new baby to love and cherish. I love having a cuddle bug with me wherever I go. Brooks has such a calm and peaceful spirit; it has definately been an easy adjustment. I love you little guy!

Enjoying EVERY Moment Together

We went to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom this weekend with the kids. They loved it and Mark and I love to see them enjoy things like this. It was our first time going to see a real killer whale show. It was chilly, but a perfect day to enjoy together.
