Thanks For the Visit!!!

Mark's mom and sister came to hang-out for the weekend. We always love having them come! Lindsey's son Enzo and Brooks were wearing the exact same thing and we didn't even mean to do it. It was really cute! These two are only about 3 months apart and man does it mean double trouble. Thanks for making the trip up here, we love you and hope to see you soon.

Girly Girls

Mark took the girls out last Saturday to wash the cars and came back with a make up case for each of them. They had gone to the dollar store, and couldn't wait to wear their new make up. I don't know how I got two of the most girly girls when I couldn't stand being a girl myself. I was a big tomboy for quite a while. (probably until junior high) I've never been into painting my nails and all of that, but it looks like I'll start. I LOVE MY GIRLS!

FHE Treat

For Family Home Evening we had a wonderful treat!!! We made some home made ice cream. It took us about 5 minutes each! We used 1 cup cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 Tablespoon sugar. I put that in a Ziploc bag. I put ice, and salt in a gallon Ziploc then put the small Ziploc into the gallon one with the ice and salt. We turned on some music, did a jig and walla! It was really good, didn't take long and the kids loved it.
